In our first of many long lunches for 2019, Chef Patrick Fletcher will cook the traditional recipes of the Marchigiani. Patrick will take inspiration from Marche’s vast lands. Stretching from the azure waters of the Adriatic coast, across the smiling hills that beam with sunflowers, building high all the way to the snow-capped mountains of Sibillini National Park.
Wines will be matched by Jesse Davidson, who guarantees to try as many glasses of Verdicchio, Lacrima and Rosso Conero until he finds the
perfect drop for each course.
$160 for 5 course regional lunch with matching wines.
